Herbelore Secondary Ingredients

  I have a suggestion that involves Herbelore Secondary Ingredients. Since there is no shop already with these training herbelore is pretty difficult considering you have to clean herbs 1-99 (correct me if i'm wrong). My suggestion is to add a shop with all of these secondary ingredients. Another suggestion would be to make an unused teleport spot for herbelore training, similar to how summoning is on other servers (not advertising sorry). Sorry if you do not like this, it's just a suggestion!

What are you suggesting?
Adding a herblore&farming training teleport. There you plant herb seeds, pick them and clean them. You can also buy second ingredients for potions.
Why do you think this should be implemented?
It makes farming and herblore better and more practical to train. This way it trains faster and potions will be able to be self-made.

What are the negative impacts of this idea
99 farming and 99 herblore will gain less prestige.
