General Info / Explanation of Staff Ranks

Owners


The Owner is the lead developer, payer and CEO of the server.
He is the one dediding everything about this server, from staff to updates.
The CEO (Chief Executive Officer) is the "Big Boss" of the server.

Coverage: Everything.



Managers


The Manager is in charge of a lot of things like auto-bans, Infraction Over-Watch, General Costumer Support, but Managers can also be put in charge for 2 main things by the CEO.
CFO: Chief Financial Officer: He is the one in charge of the economy and has to keep an eye on it. He also can take donations for the server that will later be passed on to the CEO.
CIO: Chief Information Officer: He is the one responceble for the overall items and ideas for new items. They also make most of the decisions about who should become staff.

Coverage: Staff Promotions/Demotions (Mostly CIO), Community adviser, Auto-bans, Infraction over-watch, General customer support, Donations (Mostly CFO).



Developers


Handles all the suggestions & bugs with which field they are assigned. Usually the developer is either a client, server, or website variety but it can be any combination of the such. Those with this position do not have anything to do with staff, issues, or anything else relating to the community, so coming to this person will do little to nothing in your effort.

Coverage: Bugs, Suggestions, and Content.



Admiral Administrators


These are those who are held in high regard and can be trusted with information. These users handle issues like advertisers, bugs, and are there to look over the staff. These users are not to be bugged with everyday issues like scams unless it so happens to be a severe enough instance to warrant such. They have the right to ignore you completely should you ask questions about in-game content or about anything of similar nature.
These are the same as administrators, only they have a saying over the administrators.

Coverage: Staff monitoring, High Priority Rule Breakers, Hackings, and Bug reporting.



Administrators

Global Moderators


These are the combinations of the Player and Forum Moderator, only these people have  a bit more power then the Player and Forum Moderators.

Coverage: Combine the Player and Forum Moderators Coverage + Medium priority Rule Breakers.



Player Moderators


These individuals are who you go to when you need help with important issues like account hacking and scams. Moderators report any crucial information to the admins & the manager if a situation should occur. The same goes for moderators as it does for helpers, if a severe situation should occur contact an admin, please do not contact a moderator. As a side note these users are no way required to answer everyday questions about in-game content or such, although it is frowned upon if they do not.

Coverage: Low priority Rule Breakers.



Forum Moderator


These are the people just always helping on the forum with problems, they shall also check the suggestions and have some fun, these have a few moderating powers in-game.

Coverage: All the Forum.



Helper


The helpers are there to help and report issues to moderators, if the severity of the situation requires an admin then they are to go to them instead. Helpers are in no way responsible for any punishments and can not do anything about them.

Coverage: Questions.

General Info / Wrath Rules

Official Rules:

#1. Offensive Language

Offensive language/Flaming will not be tolerated in any way. You will be restricted from chatting in the game and on our forum.

#2. Trading Soulsplit goods

You are only allowed to trade Soulsplit goods in the game itself. It may not be traded for anything that is not relevant to Wrath.

#3. Scamming

If you are found scamming other players your account will be disabled. Scamming is not tolerated at all. Scamming means that you are making a trade in the game under false conditions or promises.
This means that also if you promise not to use an item during a Stake/PK, and you do use it, you will get punished.

#4. Exploiting exploits/bugs/glitches

If you happen to find a bug we expect you to report it to one of our administrators. If it is a serious bug please report it to Derek or Nick through a forum message.
Please do not abuse this bug yourself. It could not only be very dangerous for the game but it could get your account suspended as well. If you are found selling a Wrath exploit/bug/glitch legal actions will be taken.

#5. Staff communication

Our staff and CEO are working very hard. You must understand that they do not always have time to answer your questions. We are here to help you, but we are also here to maintain the game. If there is something going on that is more important then your question then we are forced to take care of that first. We expect you to stay calm and wait for a response. You have a higher succes rate if you contact the staff over our forum. As you may know you can only read back 5 messages in-game.
We expect you to stay calm and treat us with respect. Otherwise we will not answer your question

#6. Duping/Spawning

If you are cought with Duping/Spawning, you will be IP Banned from the Game and the Forum. No buts...

#7. Advertisment

If you are cought advertising another server, you will be Muted, if it happends again, you will be IP Muted.

#8. Inappropiate Images/Videos

There is NO rasism, sexism, ****, etc... allowed! You will be Muted!

#9. Spamming

You will be warned, if you do not stop, you will get muted. Spamming in Yell is NOT ALLOWED at all, and this will result in a direct mute.

#10. Hacking/DDosing/Phishing/RATing

If you are cought doing this, you will PERMANENTLY BE IP BANNED AND IP MUTED FROM IN-GAME AND FORUMS.

#11. Multi Logging

Multi Logging is allowed, but if it is abused for PKP or other profits, YOU WILL BE BANNED ON ALL ACCOUNTS THAT ABUSED IT!

#12. Staff Behavior

If you are cought doing this, you will be banned!
DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE PMING YOU ASKING YOUR PASSWORD LIKE THIS:
[Admin] We found a bug on your account, please give me your password.
STAFF HAS A CROWN OR OTHER ICON IN YELL, NOT [???]!

#13. Stealing Credits

You are allowed to post someone els' guide, but you HAVE TO give them 100% credits!
If this is not done, your topic will be DELETED!

#14. Abusing Powers
If you are cought abusing powers, staff or no staff, you will be punished!
